Rooms
There are Sea Front Rooms, Sea View Rooms and Garden View Rooms.
For each typology there are family rooms that could accomodate 4 people each.
Resort
Uroa Bay Beach Resort is Currently composed of 61 rooms, all with double bed (king size) and all facing the sea, equipped with a private furnished terrace, decorated in local style with mosquito nets on the beds; the rooms are all equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe, minibar, television, telephone and internet connection.
Uroa Bay Beach Resort is the only hotel in Zanzibar fully wheelchair accesible, barrier free and with eight dedicated rooms with two bedrooms each for accompanying person. All services have been designed barrier free, including also the access to the beach.
Bar & Restaurant
Two the bars, one still under the makuti, Bar Rafiki, near the restaurant, the other positioned between the pool and beach, Bar Pwani, this one also in makuti, with the possibility of dinners of lobster. Breakfast, lunch and dinner with buffet service at the central restaurant, Restaurant Jua. The Resort offers the opportunity to stay in Bed and Breakfast, Half Board, Full Board, Soft All-Inclusive or All-Inclusive Treatment.
Swimming pools
The pools are two, one for children and another with deeper water, within which are included also massage jets. Both pools have fresh water (no salt water), those for children is circular while the principal grows along the side of the small one and goes to divide the area to access the beach from the restaurant area; next there there is a fountain, just in front of the beach/pool bar. A wooden bridge connects the two sides of the pool.
Sport & Wellness
Guests also can play football games 5 vs. 5 in the football court in white sand of the village. All the tropical garden of the village were enriched with plants of flowers of every color; beautiful.
Reception
Open 24 hours a day , with office cash at set times.
A hair dryer and adapters available on receipt of electric plugs. The resort offers its guests including beach towels / pool.
Credit cards VISA and MASTERCARD accepted (5% commission on total amount).
Boutique
Guests have access to a well-kept and well stocked boutique with possibility to buy souvenirs typical of the island of Zanzibar, local product, clothing, accessories, cigarettes, snacks. The boutique is also equipped with essential items.
Excursions office
Directly in the Hotel, there is a Desk Office managed by the Tour Operator "Uhuru Travel and Tours" from Stone Town, with staff speaking both English and Italian.
Available to all customers for the organization of all the tours around Zanzibar, as well as Safari in Tanzania.
Opportunity to purchase air and ferry tickets.
